Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Every item actively displayed on our online catalogue as in stock is very much available. As it has always been with us, clients are given the opportunity to have confirmation of their packed goods even before it is dispatched for delivery.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

For total transparency and full updates on your shopping history with us, we do issue sales receipt on every purchase made with us. 

This is done upon the confirmation of your order by the cashier after a successful hold deposit for your purchase, sent to your email address.

How can I return an item?

For an item to be returned, it should be in the same parceling and condition as you received it. Every return will be sent to our address at Galvanistraat 1, 6716 AE Ede.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
